FAVORITE MUSIC GENRE: If you know me, then you know I live for the beat drop! EDM not only gets me motivated, but it makes me feel alive, which allows me to open up and truly feel like myself when delivering my ride.  But I also LOVE country AND rock, so you’ll certainly hear some of that in my room!

WHAT TO EXPECT IN MY CLASS: From the moment I started as a rider at SpinCity, I discovered who I am on the bike through rhythm riding. So, you can expect some effective choreography and powerful pushes that both challenge you on a level that you’ve never experienced, and also support your growth, both on and off the bike! My goal is to have you leaving our studio feeling stronger than when you walked in!

HOW I MOTIVATE MY ROOM: I feel it’s imperative to remind my riders that growth doesn’t come from comfort zones! So, doing the things that make you feel uncomfortable only benefit your strengths, as an athlete in the room and as person outside of those barn doors!
