WHAT TO WEAR

Wear what feels most comfortable for you! Socks are a must & we prefer riding in tank tops or t-shirts & leggings or shorts. But if you are seeing everyone wearing SpinCity merchandise & are developing a case of FOMO, don’t worry! We sell everything in the studio, too!

WHAT TO BRING

We’ve got you covered! We have fresh towels on every bike & a complementary water station to fill [and refill] your water bottles! As far as footwear - our bike clips are compatible with the very common SPD cleats. No shoes? No problem! We do offer the dual-option of riding with your sneakers. But when you’re ready to take your ride to the next level, we do sell TIEM shoes in studio… AND BOY, ARE WE OBSESSED!

 

PRE-RIDE PREP

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! We don’t want you to ride on an empty tank, so we also recommend having a light snack before you come, especially if you’re joining us later in the day.

ARRIVAL & BIKE SET UP

New riders, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class start time. Our team wants to be sure that you're properly set up. We’ll find the perfect setting for you & show you how to adjust your bike for your future ride!
