Our Signature Ride is our classic ride that encompasses all of the traditional elements such as sprints, hills, strength & endurance. Tap backs & elbow drops will keep you engaged on the bike & bring unity to the class, and you’ll also be challenged to some upper body work using our 3lb. free weights.

For those cycling die-hards, this one is for you! Our Power Ride embodies the perfect combination of climbs, intervals, breakaways & sprints… REAL ROAD RIDING! Let your legs do all the work - no weights are needed for this one!

We laugh, we cry, we get real; this class challenges you physically, emotionally & mentally. BIKES + BANDS

LIKE, RESISTANCE BANDS…

Looking for a way to level up? BIKES + BANDS is for you! ONE full hour packed with challenges! You’ll start by riding with resistance bands around your legs, and you’ll end the class with them on, too! Your resistance bands will come off somewhere in the middle of your ride… when you come off the bike for your SQUAT SEGMENTS! Still incorporating an arm workout (or two!), BIKES + BANDS is truly a full body workout!
