CANCELLATION POLICY
can’t make it?
We get it, things happen! We don’t want to charge you for a ride that you didn’t attend. If you need to cancel, you can do so right on the app! Or you can let us know (via email, text or social media!) 8 hours before your class time & your class will go back into your account.
If you cancel after the 8 hour time frame, the class will be deducted from your account.
If you do not show up for your scheduled class and did not attempt to cancel, your class will be deducted from your account and you will be charged a $5 fee.
running behind?
Again, we get it! We’ll admit riders into the studio up to 5 minutes after the ride begins. We just ask that you leave your belongings behind the reception desk & jump right into class. This is both a safety & courtesy issue for our riders, as the room is dark & the bikes are in close proximity to each other.
what happens if the weather is bad?
We value the safety of our coaches & our riders! We will announce all weather-related closures & your rides will be added back to your account!
