CANCELLATION POLICY

 

can’t make it?

We get it, things happen! We don’t want to charge you for a ride that you didn’t attend. If you need to cancel, you can do so right on the app! Or you can let us know (via email, text or social media!) 8 hours before your class time & your class will go back into your account.

  • If you cancel after the 8 hour time frame, the class will be deducted from your account.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled class and did not attempt to cancel, your class will be deducted from your account and you will be charged a $5 fee.

running behind?

Again, we get it! We’ll admit riders into the studio up to 5 minutes after the ride begins. We just ask that you leave your belongings behind the reception desk & jump right into class. This is both a safety & courtesy issue for our riders, as the room is dark & the bikes are in close proximity to each other.

what happens if the weather is bad?

We value the safety of our coaches & our riders! We will announce all weather-related closures & your rides will be added back to your account!
